Best Spa Hotels in Alanya

By the Travreel editorial team · Updated October 2026

With 234 spa-equipped properties, Alanya has wellness at every price — but "spa" here spans everything from a serious multi-floor hamam complex to a single massage room behind reception. The verified scores separate them fast, and guest videos finish the job.

Sunprime C-Lounge (9.6/10, adults-only) is the benchmark — a grown-up beachfront spa hotel that outscores every big resort in town. Ramira Joy holds 9.4 across a remarkable 1,500+ reviews, and small houses like Porto Amore (9.5) punch far above their size. Many spa hotels here also sell the wristband — cross-reference the all-inclusive field — and if you haven't picked your quarter yet, start with Where to stay in Alanya.
