Golnush and Aisha turhan , samet are the guest relations and manager. They were fantastic and very helpful and settled all of our needs. I would highly recommend coming to this hotel as the facilities are amazing. Food fab. And great for all the family kids big and small. I will definitely come back again. Should be 5 star.
