Stay on the western strip (Okurcalar–Avsallar–İncekum–Türkler) if you want a classic resort holiday — big all-inclusives on their own beaches, 25–40 minutes from town.
Kleopatra and the centre
The beach itself is the argument: golden, sweeping, backed by the Taurus and free to everyone. Hotels here are compact city blocks, and the best pick their niche: Sunprime C-Lounge is the adults-only benchmark at 9.6 from 337 stays; Kleopatra Ramira (8.8) does quiet all-inclusive a street from the sand; Xperia Saray Beach (9.0) sits on the beach itself. Budget four-stars here routinely outscore resort five-stars — you're paying for location, and the location delivers.
Oba and Kestel
East of the centre the pace drops: family apartments, garden hotels, locals' cafés. Kaila City (8.5) is the zone's price-performance pick, per its own reviewers. Beaches are narrower and partly pebbled — you trade sand for calm and money in your pocket.
The western strip
This is where the brochure Alanya lives. Numa Bay Exclusive (9.2) and AQI Pegasos Royal (9.4, a three-hotels-in-one campus) anchor Avsallar-İncekum's fine sand; Oz Hotels Sui (9.0) headlines Okurcalar; and in Türkler stands Mylome — the most-filmed hotel in our entire directory, with 22 curated guest videos. The catch is distance: town evenings mean a 30-minute ride, so pick a hotel you won't want to leave. The videos make that audit easy.
