Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Oda temiz ve olanakları yeterli.
Animasyon ekibi hem dil olarak hem de organizasyon olarak eksik. Özellikle ilgi odakları yabancı turistler. Aslında hotel olarak yabancı turistlere daha odaklı bir yönetim şekli var. Biz de yurt dışından geldik ama Türk olduğumuz için yabancılar kadar ilgi göremedik. Bizler de alışverişlerimizi Euro ile yapıyoruz. Bir kaç önerimiz daha var. POOL BAR kısmına bir kaç vantilatör asılmalı,RESTAURANT teras kısmına bir kaç vantilatör asılmalı, lobby teras katına vantilatör asılmalı. Bir şeyler yerken içerken terden ne yediğimize odaklanamıyoruz kalkmak için acele ediyoruz. Müzikler sürekli 80'ler 90 lardan çalınıyor.İnanılmaz sıkıcı. Yıl 2026 ve çok güzel summer house müzikler var. Tavsiye ederiz. Dışarıdan gelen animasyon ekipleri çok iyi iş çıkardılar fakat hotel ekibi çok eksik. Planlama organizasyon yetersiz.
