When we arrived at the hotel, the welcome was far better than in previous years. We were very pleased with the warm reception from Ms. Özgü and the fact that the reception team made our room available quickly and earlier than expected. Throughout our holiday, Guest Relations Manager Berrin Sönmez paid us a great deal of personal attention and ensured we had the most comfortable stay possible. We would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Ms. Sultan Şener, who cleaned our room; the housekeeping was truly perfect. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety. We highly recommend this hotel—it is a fantastic place.

The Hotel was quite big so it never felt busy although it was fully booked . The cleanliness was outstanding you never saw a dirty table or a piece of rubbish at any time of the day . All The staff were lovely and attentive . The pools were clean and never over crowded. The rooms were large and well equipped. And the cleaning staff did an amazing job every day of keeping the rooms immaculate. The entertainment team are friendly happy too .
