!Personel hotelowy slabo zna angielski. Mimo mojego pochodzenia z Polski - do wiekszosci gosci witają i na siłę mowią po Niemiecku. A byly rozne narodowosci. Pani w restauracji do corki nie umiala powiedziec po angielsku i reką wskazala ze ma opuscic stolik podczas obiadu i moze isc na zewnatrz. Poprostu stoliki buly przygotowane na kolacje. Niezrozumienie wzburzylo moja zlosc. Jednak po chwilo przyszedl inny kelner i poprostu przekazal ze te stoloki są zarezerwowane na kolacje i spokojnie moze corkq usiasc w innym sektorze. Wytlumaczyl ze Pano slabo zna angielski i przeprasza za nia. Za to duzy plus dla Pana.

✓We liked the beautiful, clean and green hotel territory, as well as the well-maintained beach, which was cleaned daily. The pools were great for both adults and children. Our room had a lovely sea view, and the food was reasonably varied, including Turkish cuisine and seafood on some days. Ice cream was also available at the pool and beach.

!Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. Our room had a persistent damp smell, and the bathroom looked outdated, with visible stains and signs of mould. The service at the bars was disappointing, as staff often ignored guests or were not very welcoming. We were also concerned that smoking was allowed throughout the hotel area, including near the children’s pool, without any intervention from staff. There was only one lift for a large number of rooms, so waiting times were often very long. The Greek à la carte restaurant was also disappointing due to the heat, incorrect orders and the way the situation was handled by staff. At the end of August, the hotel and beach were extremely crowded.

✓Thank you for an amazing vacation. It was our first time experiencing an all-inclusive holiday, and we have no regrets. Kudos to the Adalya Ocean Deluxe!
