Beverage service would be faster if non alcoholic beverages are available as self-service.
Our first stay at the property was absolutely outstanding. The hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team made our time here truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to coordinate special arrangements for us, transitioning seamlessly between the Italian and Mexican à la carte restaurants and even securing a last-minute dining reservation for us without hesitation. Special thanks to Hevra, who organized everything, to the General Manager for the exceptional accommodation, to Gizem from Guest Relations for her thoughtful help and coordination with the setup, and to Ramazan for providing excellent service during dinner. It was a true team effort, and their professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service.
One area for improvement is the night entertainment would be better for us if it were scheduled to stop at 10:00 vs 11:00, and/or the volume kept slightly lower.
Excellent value for money. The staff were all very welcoming and there was plenty of food choices. I loved the gardens and flowers
