We watched 3 guest videos — here's the honest picture
The four-star that scores like a five: 8.8/10 from its verified stays — strong for the price tier.
Water park + private beach: on the Kumköy sand, plus a spa, per the licensed listing.
Winter and summer both filmed: a January 4K walkthrough and fresh summer-2026 tours show the property in both modes.
Thin independent coverage: We pruned six near-identical repeat uploads; a small review sample and few distinct tours remain — weigh them together.
