✓The location is very nice, with a pleasant beach and a clean, tidy garden. The food is tasty and freshly made. The animation varies from week to week. During the initial days of our stay, there were very few activities for teenagers, but this improved in the following week. I would also like to mention the very friendly and pleasant swimming teacher, who always managed to bring a smile to everyone's face.

!So, why am I writing “it could have been great”: well, small issues can lead to dissatisfaction: 1. The balcony of the room was completely walled up. Theoretically, I could, but it wasn’t inviting at all, as it had no view (totally walled up). 2. “Transportation from the airport” was included in my booking. So I wrote to the hotel to find out where I should get it. They told me to announce myself at the TUI booth at the airport. When I arrived, no one knew anything about the transportation. They called the hotel, and the front office manager said they don’t provide this service. I asked to speak with him, and he first accused me of lying, saying, “You don’t have the transportation in your booking. We don’t do that.” I mentioned the message I had sent and that I have it in written. He replied, he thought I was asking for “general advice on where to get transportation.” (Here is the message I sent and the reply: “Our reservation indicates that airport transfer to the hotel is included. Could you please confirm where and how we should meet the transfer driver at the airport?” Answer: “After landing, please go directly to the TUI stand (opposite the exit). The TUI team will be happy to assist you.”). Saying I was looking for “assistance to get a taxi” is just against good faith. When I asked him to take responsibility for his words, he became loud and said it wasn’t his issue, complaining about booking.com and that I should deal with them. Well, I won’t argue about whose responsibility it was, but: 1. Accusing customers of lying is unacceptable. 2. Raising your voice against customers is unacceptable. 3. Taking customers for fools (“I thought you were asking for general advice on transportation”) is dismissive. 4. If you work with booking.com, you should share responsibility for what is promised and not just blame them. Ultimately, if you don’t like helping, fine, but don’t work in the hospitality industry.

✓Die Lage, der Strand und das Meer sowie das Essen waren toll. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und die Anlage ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt sehr viele Angebote für die Kinder. Wirklich ein tolles Hotel!

!Die Abendshows, die Begrüßung und die Informationen der Leiterin waren auf Deutsch. Eine englische Übersetzung wäre zumindest für die Gäste notwendig gewesen, die kein Deutsch sprechen. Von der lokalen Kultur hat man leider nur sehr wenig mitbekommen. Die Unterhaltung und das Entertainment waren hauptsächlich auf die Gäste aus Deutschland ausgerichtet
