✓The staff were so friendly and helpful and the place itself is cozy but and charming

✓We loved the beautiful facilities, spacious and well-maintained property, and the fantastic breakfast with so much choice. The breakfast team were particularly warm and welcoming, as were the housekeeping staff. We also loved being able to use the bicycles to ride to the beach. The hotel has a lot of potential and a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast team were particularly wonderful, especially the two gentlemen working on the floor — sadly, we didn’t catch their names, but they were probably the most friendly and welcoming members of staff we encountered.

!The Wi-Fi was unfortunately very weak, with virtually no signal in our room and in several areas of the hotel. We also felt that the excellent facilities, such as the hamam, sauna and library, were not really showcased or explained to guests. A stronger management presence and warmer engagement at check-in and check-out would improve the experience. At times, it also felt that staff engaged more with Turkish-speaking guests, which was disappointing. The hotel restaurant also has very limited options and, in our opinion, is quite overpriced for the area. However, there are plenty of authentic and reasonably priced restaurants nearby — we found some great places through Google, including Sema. We’re giving the hotel a 9 rather than a 10 because we feel it has huge potential that could be better showcased. Facilities such as the hamam, sauna and library were not really introduced or promoted to us, and stronger management presence and guest engagement would make a big difference. Check-in and check-out also felt quite formal rather than warm and welcoming, and at times it felt as though staff engaged more with Turkish-speaking guests, which was a shame.

✓We are currently staying at the Hotel, and I have to tell you it’s fantastic. All the staff are all amazing the young lad on evening reception who checked us in was really polite and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and plenty of it, the bar and around the pool is stunning. Rooms clean and smart , we still have another 4 days. Can’t wait. If you are coming here and have and questions please ask, but I don’t think we need to worry about anything.
