Overall, we had a good stay at Liberty Signa, but there were also several aspects that did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel in this price category. The biggest disappointment for us was the food quality. While there was a large variety, especially in the main restaurant, the overall quality and taste were often below what we expected from a luxury Ultra All Inclusive resort. In addition, the Myra main restaurant was extremely crowded in the evenings, and it was sometimes difficult to find a table. This made the dining experience quite stressful. We also experienced several smaller issues during our stay, including weak water pressure in the shower, problems with the TV remote, a stained ironing board and a delayed laundry service with poor communication. Most of these issues were eventually addressed by the hotel, but having several problems during one stay was disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The grounds, facilities, activities and evening shows were excellent. A special mention goes to Isa and Batuhan, who were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely friendly, attentive and professional and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Employees like them are a real asset to the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but considering the price and the 5-star positioning of Liberty Signa, we expected noticeably better food quality and a smoother overall experience.
