Nothing justifies the inflated cost. The entire property is severely outdated, the rooms are tired and neglected, and the food service was atrocious—completely basic, repetitive, and devoid of variety.
The meal reception staff were utterly unprofessional, behaving like aggressive hustlers rather than hospitality staff and showing blatant favoritism toward Eastern European guests. Additionally, the hotel consists of old, outdated buildings with poor food variety, making it completely overpriced compared to other resorts in the area.
