Alba Queen Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive★★★★★

✓only beach area and pool is fine

!Our stay at Alba Queen Hotel was very disappointing. At check-in, a staff member (at reception) accused us of “causing a problem,” although we did not understand why. He then raised his voice and behaved very rudely. A manager arrived but simply watched and made no effort to resolve the situation. Reception gave us no information about the hotel and only handed us the room key. Food, breakfast and drinks were all below average, with limited variety and very poor-quality products. The alcoholic drinks appeared to be low-quality and unbranded. The hotel was overcrowded, and finding a sunbed was almost impossible unless you woke up very early. The property is not directly on the beach, parking is on the street, and the hotel area is very small. Our “sea-view” room only had a distant view. The only positive part was the beach and its view. For €200 per night, the service and quality were unacceptable. I strongly recommend considering other hotels nearby, especially Kamelya Hotels.

!The reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful, clean line not good، the price to much ,this resort deserves half price that we paid.

✓Близькість до моря, великий пляж, є територія де можна погуляти. Їжа була смачною, виглядала як домашня.

!Дуже багато людей, мені здасться, що ресторан не розрахований на таку кількість гостей, доводилося стояти в черзі за рибою та м'ясом, інколи шукати стіл. Дуже шумів зовнішній блок кондиціонера, неможливо спати з відчиненим балконом.
