✓They have pool and good buffet from breakfast , and good prices in spa

!The staff doesn’t resolve your problem , they didn’t have intentions to solve the problems. I asked for a transportation to the airport , and they pretend I arrive one hour before flight departure . They say because it was a small airport , I tell them I have problems with my check in and I have to go 2 hours before departure , the only solution they give was a private transport that cost 100 euros , the didn’t have the amiability to asked the transportation if the can pick us earlier , also the staff was very rude in their answer always trying to have the reason. Finally I order an uber that was 58 dollars less that what they expected me to pay For being a 5 star they don’t have food in the bar in the room , also the bathroom on the pool is dirty

✓Lage vom Hotel und Einbindung ins Gelände Schöner Pool und im Garten im Bungalow das Zimmer gehabt Zwar gleich neben Strasse aber ok Schöne Anlage Zu Fuss gut ins Dorf zum spazieren Grosser bewachter Parkplatz

!Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit vom Personal war nicht zu bemerken Einzig ein Mann war echt nett welcher den Weg wischen musste am Morgen Das Frühstück Büffet war für mich zu wenig international, Früchte eher Mangelware Müsste im Bescheib besser angeben weden
