Everything was perfect. The property is gorgeous and our room was so cool with a great view. The best part is the staff though, led by Han (who has been with the property for 9 year). I was traveling with my friend and it isn’t always easy traveling alone as women but Han and his staff made us feel so safe and in good hands.

It is a true cave hotel. The views from the room are wonderful and worth the price for that alone. Panoramic view over Goreme (great sunrise and sunset). The room was beautiful, comfortable, well-decorated, and cool. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Great amenities (including a hairdryer suitable for harder-to-style hair). The room was extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with the option of being served on the rooftop. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always available to provide the best experience. It's possible to book tours and transfers directly at the hotel. If I return to Goreme, I will definitely stay here again.
