✓All the staff were very helpful and always ready to help.

!We liked everything. Our first room was very small for 4 of us but then they changed it to a bigger room which was very good. Also WiFi was not very good they should try to improve the WiFi system of the hotel.

!WiFi is not working. We had food poisoned. No keetle in the room. Tables were dirty, oily and sticky. Not much food choice. Coffee machine were old and out of date.

✓The staff were all excellent. Helpful, friendly, funny and conscientious. They looked like they enjoy working there and that added to the overall high level of customer service. Cleaners, chefs, waiting staff, all great. Food was very high quality, varied and constant. As good as I've seen for buffet style, all-inclusive hotels. Entertainment was very good. There is something going on all day by the pool and in the evening. Hosts manage to make it friendly and genuinely fun. They include everyone of all ages and people are laughing all day. An absolute highlight was a young Down's man singing Karaoke and the whole crowd joining in - it bought a tear to me eye.

!Beds are hard. I ached after a few nights. Rooms aren't soundproof. We had a couple of young ladies move in next to us and we could hear them constantly, especially when they had guests back late at night and we were trying to sleep.
