✓We loved everything about our stay. The room was super good, very spacious, stylish and comfortable. The staff is amazing, super helpful and welcoming. The location is very centric, next to everything. The breakfast is legendary. We absolutely recommend Salonika Suites hotel.

✓The room is great, and it's very close to the beach. The facilities are excellent. A young man checked us in—he was warm, professional, and spoke some Chinese and Mongolian. He answered all our questions in detail and was extremely helpful.

!Another staff member—a bearded man who always wore sunglasses—was incredibly rude and irresponsible. Before check-in, we asked if there was a restroom where we could change clothes so we could go straight to the beach and check in later. He refused bluntly and falsely told us there was no such place. Eventually, the kind young man we met earlier told us about the public pool changing rooms and allowed us to use them. Moreover, whenever we asked the bearded man anything, he responded with cold indifference and dismissiveness, while the younger colleague was always enthusiastic and thorough. I don't understand how two staff members at the same hotel can have such vastly different levels of professionalism. Here we encountered both the best and the worst hotel service staff of our entire trip to Turkey.
