Walnut House

✓Very centrally located being a couple of minutes walk from the bus station and local taxis. There are numerous restaurants, gift shops very close by. Great communication from Kubilay via WhatsApp offering assistance on local tours etc. Check in was quick and was shown up to my room. There are two blocks of rooms with a courtyard in between. Above the rear block of rooms is the breakfast area and rooftop which has tables for breakfast. And of course provides a good vantage point for the hot air balloons launched every morning at sunrise (subject to weather conditions) The room itself was really tastefully laid out. Bathroom with shower, sink and WC. No problems and the shower has a really good pressure. There is a lounge area with TV. Tea and coffee making facility. Very large double bed which was extremely comfortable and attractively presented on arrival with nice big cushions. Breakfast from 08:00 until 10:00 had a good selection of food laid out - traditional Turkish breakfast. Tea and fruit juice. Also omelettes cooked to order. Overall, this was amazing value for money and comes highly recommended for stay on Cappadocia.
