Communication, I think they should invest more in teaching the staff english because we struggled to understand each other most of the time.
The rooms were spacious and clean with good housekeeping. Lots of variety for food and snack bars. Photos of rooms do justice. Got an amazing balcony view as shown on the booking.
There is not enough seating at the buffet during rush hour of breakfast and dinner times. You can spend a good 20 mins just looking for an empty table while your food gets cold. Upon arrival I was told the Al a Carte dinner options were fully booked for the next 4 days, that was 4 evenings out of my 6 night stay. They need more seating for peak seasons.
