✓la chambre familiale était superbe et tres grande, c'était encore mieux que nos attentes. de plus nous avion une super vue depuis notre balcon privé et une vue encore meilleur sur le rooftop partagé. le petit-déjeuner était excellent et tout est fait maison, c'est un buffet c'était un super séjour dans un super hotel que je recommande

!We were quite disappointed with the way we were treated during our stay. About a month before our arrival, we contacted the hotel through the Booking.com chat to ask about the price of a hot-air balloon flight. We were clearly told through the chat that the price was €175 per person. We later found and booked the experience online through Viator for €130 per person. When we checked in, the receptionist asked whether we had already booked the balloon flight. When we said yes, he told us that we had been “scammed” and that he could have arranged it for €80 per person. His tone was dismissive and condescending, which made the situation very uncomfortable. We explained that we had contacted the hotel ourselves through the Booking.com chat one month earlier and had been quoted €175 per person, not €80. He insisted that the message we had received was an automatic message, although it had been a direct response to our enquiry. The conversation became unnecessarily confrontational, as he seemed determined to insist that he was right rather than simply acknowledging the discrepancy. Unfortunately, the balloon flight was cancelled later that same day due to strong winds. We then asked whether it would be possible to arrange it for the following day, but he told us that he could no longer offer the €80 price because the price was “volatile”. The following day, we spoke to another member of the hotel staff about the situation. This interaction was much more pleasant and professional, and we appreciated their willingness to help. However, the experience with the receptionist on the previous day had already left us feeling very uncomfortable. Our main concern is not the difference in price, but the way the situation was handled. We simply relied on the information provided to us by the hotel through Booking.com, and we did not appreciate being told that we had been “scammed” or being spoken to in such a dismissive manner.
