Unique Residence Hotel Golf and Spa★★★★★

✓La bonne ambiance mise par l'équipe animation et la gentillesse d'une des réceptionnistes qui nous a changé de chambre et mis dans les nouvelles constructions. Nous avions reçu une suite pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. Et on nous a donné une chambre de 2 alors que nous étions à 3. La 3è personne dormant sur le sol sur un matelas, ils n'ont même pas de lit d'appoint. Nous avions une petite piscine devant la chambre (mais trop froide pour nager).

!Piscines : trop de monde et eaux troubles! Repas : Grande salle bruyante. Le buffet était très moyen. Variété de l'offre restreinte, la propreté de la salle et des tables laisse à désirer. J'ai eu une gastro et on m'a transférée en urgence dans une clinique privée dont j'ai pu sortir quelques heures plus tard en payant 650 EUR, alors que je suis turque et que je voulais payer en TRY ! Les urgences ne sont jamais à ce tarif en Turquie : 100 EUR max avec la prise de sang. Ensuite c'est ma fille qui a eu la gastro. Donc nous avons passé 6 jours malades sans quitter la chambre et presque rien manger...

✓The staff are fabulous. Every single one of them. Friendly, smiley and always super helpful. The food was amazing - being a veggie the range of salads was superb. If I’d change one thing it would be to provide more variety in the protein offerings… perhaps some egg dishes at lunchtime and in the evening would help? Everything is all inclusive which is a real win. I had room 103 and it was spotless, comfortable and had a lovely balcony to sit on, enjoy the shade and relax. Bed was fabulous. The variety of pools was very good - a chance to be away from the slides and excitement of the main pool. The entertainment was great fun too and the animation team worked really hard from dawn to dusk… and beyond!

!There’s nothing I disliked, rather some thoughts on opportunities to improve. Some of these are minor, some perhaps not so easy. It would be great if the bars at the other pools could give out towels. Having one place at the main pool doesn’t work for everyone. Worth making sure all the loungers are in good shape before the day starts and removing any which need attention. It would be great if all the bars at the pools served snacks or, even better, lunch! Having nibbles on the bars would be a nice touch too. The hotel is all inclusive which is great - however it would be worth thinking about having other “pay as you go” drink options such as different varieties of alcoholic drinks (I’m not a fan of Gilbey’s Gin!).
