✓Отличный отель, очень приветливый персонал, чистые комнаты, убирают каждый день. Вкусная еда, разнообразная. Отлично организовано питание, завтрак обед ужин в ресторане, а так же в баре на пляже есть полдник и в баре у бассейна ближе к вечеру и ночью. В баре у ресепшена можно тоже брать напитки, турецкий чай и приятно провести время за столиком в саду. Много цветов и зелени, ночью обалденный запах. Чистое голубое море, отличный пляж, лежаки бесплатные. Всё, что нужно для отдыха!)

✓At our three encounters with the front desk staff, at check-in, enquiries about directions, and check-out, we were treated with rudeness, hostility and indifference. What an unpleasant surprise after all the overwhelmingly friendly people we’ve met on our travels in Turkey.

✓This is a lovely hotel with it's own beach. Rooms are variable, I was in a not so good one in the main block, rooms in other blocks have better balconies and views. Receptionists varied from very helpful and pleasant to not very helpful or interested. The food was very good and the best of the many all inclusive I have experienced in Alanya. It is just outside the city of Alanya, a dolmus (bus) can be taken from the main road. Most of the guests were German and mature in age, an enjoyable short break by the beach, there are plenty of beach activities available.
