The staff was excellent - very kind and polite. It has good rooftop but due to weather it was closed so we couldn’t really enjoy it. Great location
Breakfast could be better, also my clothes smelled like food after breakfast which I really didnt like as there was no proper ventilation in the room. The electricity sockets were super flimsy and also water in the shower was going from cold to scorching hot all the time.
Terra Cave Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. When our flight was cancelled, they gave us an extra night and upgraded us free of charge, which turned a stressful situation into a real highlight of the trip. The owner was amazingly helpful without ever being pushy, and kept in touch with us throughout. His recommendations for restaurants and a hammam were spot on. We stayed in the Superior Cave Suite, which has some impressive decorative touches, including an antique wine press. The view of the balloons in the morning was wonderful, breakfast and afternoon tea were lovely, and the resident cats were a delight. Everyone working there was genuinely warm and kind. I'd recommend it without hesitation and would love to come back.
We absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone! We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
