- Cleanliness: Multiple guests describe the apartments as very clean/tidy (e.g. 'Molto pulito', 'tidy', 'clean'), though one unit was noted as older/less well kept.
- Service: Mixed to negative: some reviews praise friendly/helpful staff and a responsive owner, but a significant complaint reports an unresponsive host (Mehmet), missed daily cleanings and poor assistance, which materially affected that stay.
- Location: Consistently praised as excellent and very central (steps from Istiklal/Taksim, near public transport, shops, pubs and nightlife); noise at night from nearby venues is noted by several guests.
- Room Quality: Generally described as cozy, tidy and spacious in many reviews; however there are issues for some guests (one review notes a unit was old/poor condition and another notes advertised features like a second bathroom and balcony were missing).
- Amenities: Basic amenities reported as present ('all the basic amenities', heating/radiators), with convenient nearby shops; one guest flagged inaccuracies in the listing (missing second bathroom/balcony).
- Value for Money: Explicitly mentioned as good value in at least one review and implied by others (good location and adequate features for price).
- Food and Beverage: Not discussed as an on-site hotel service in the reviews; nearby cafes, pubs and eateries are mentioned instead.
- Overall Experience: Mixed overall: many guests report pleasant stays praising location, cleanliness and friendly hosts, but significant negative experiences (unresponsive host, listing inaccuracies, stairs/no elevator, noise) left some guests dissatisfied and reduced the overall score.
Watch out for: Nighttime noise from nearby bars/restaurants · Unresponsive host / poor communication (specific complaint about 'Mehmet') · Listing inaccuracies: missing second bathroom and balcony for at least one guest · Stairs / no elevator (around 20 steps) — problematic for elderly or those with health issues · One unit reported as old / not in good condition · Inconsistent cleaning service for some guests
