What did guests like the most

Show detailsHide details
- Cleanliness: Generally praised as very clean in multiple reviews (e.g., 'clean', 'peinlich sauber'), but a few guests reported issues (vomit on wall suspected, bed-cover cleanliness concerns), so overall slightly positive with isolated problems.
- Service: Mostly positive mentions of attentive, kind and responsive hosts who helped solve issues; however, there was a notable delayed check-in and language-communication difficulties in one case.
- Location: Consistently highlighted as a strong point: central, convenient to tram/ferry/Taksim, many nearby cafés, bars and shops, and a supermarket within minutes.
- Room Quality: Rooms described as comfortable with good beds and pillows of different heights; generally equipped for short stays. Some guests noted issues like bed-cover cleanliness and occasional drain smell affecting room experience.
- Amenities: Significant negatives: reports of no hot water for a guest and unreliable/blocked Wi‑Fi (major inconvenience). Some positives (electronic key, basic necessities present), but major utility/connectivity problems pull this category well negative.
- Value for Money: Several guests called the property reasonably priced and would stay again, but at least one guest felt the issues (cleanliness, utilities) made the stay not worth the money—net slight negative.
- Food and Beverage: No strong on-site F&B offering mentioned; guests recommend nearby breakfast cafés (positive), but lack of hotel dining and only third-party options leaves this category slightly negative for guests expecting on-site services.
- Overall Experience: Mixed overall: many glowing comments and repeat stays noted, but a few serious service/cleanliness/amenity failures (delayed check-in, no hot water, Wi‑Fi problems, suspected vomit) left some guests with a negative overall impression.
Watch out for: Isolated but severe cleanliness incident (suspected vomit) and general bed-cover cleanliness concerns · No hot water reported by a guest · Unreliable or partially blocked Wi‑Fi · Delayed room readiness / check-in issues for at least one stay · Bathroom drain odor reported by a guest · Limited or no on-site food and beverage options

Very good location close to many great cafes and bars in the area and yet on a quiet street. The owner was very responsive and solved an issue we had quickly and was very forthcoming.
The bed was a bit on the smaller side and we had apartment 1 which is in the basement so cars passing at night can be a bit noisy.
Tam bir fiyat perfornmans konumu itibariyle. Gayet keyif aldik
