- Cleanliness: Generally reported as clean and comfortable; one report of initial unclean pillowcases that staff promptly replaced.
- Service: Service repeatedly praised — staff (Ali called out by name) described as friendly, helpful and accommodating.
- Location: Consistently highlighted as excellent: in the heart of Taksim/near İstiklal, very convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
- Room Quality: Rooms described as cozy and in some cases spacious and comfortable; some negatives: queen configuration with two split beds, occasional lack of outside view and some small rooms.
- Amenities: Mixed to negative: free Wi‑Fi noted positively, but complaints about no common areas, no balcony, and a worn terrace jacuzzi that cannot be used in bad weather lowered the amenities score.
- Value for Money: Seen as good value/low price for the standard and location; several reviewers explicitly noted good value.
- Food and Beverage: Hotel F&B barely mentioned; nearby food options praised as high quality, so assigned a small positive score reflecting good local dining rather than strong on‑site F&B.
- Overall Experience: While many guests praised location, staff and cleanliness, recurring negatives (noise from the street, occasional cleanliness lapses, split beds, no balcony and a worn jacuzzi) cumulatively impacted overall satisfaction for some guests.
Watch out for: Small rooms in some cases · Noise from street / police sirens at night · Queen room sometimes configured as two split beds · Initial unclean pillowcase reported · No balcony · Worn jacuzzi on terrace and unusable in bad weather · No common/shared guest spaces

Posebne pohvale Aliju😄
