Hasan Akbulat bellcaptain and bellteam hard work bravo and good view
Located next to the pool and couldn’t sleep as people sat outside our window and talked until 4 am. Told staff and nothing was done. Also room wasn’t ready until 6pm, no explanation of when it would be ready. Also didn’t have the spare bed we requested and didn’t deliver until after 8pm. Extremely hard with a young child who needed to sleep
