I had a very pleasant stay at Büyük Hotel in Sivas. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made a great impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept — perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient for getting around the city. My only issue was that I couldn’t control the room temperature, and it felt a bit too warm for me at times. Other than that, everything else was great. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it for its service and cleanliness.

merhaba, otel çok merkezi bir yerde. konum ve ulaşım açısından çok iyi ama otelin internetini hiç kullanamadık. bu konuda çok sıkıntı yaşadık. Aynı şekilde temizlik konusunda da eksik bilgilendirildik. Odaların birinde lambayı hiç kapatamadık. Böylesi merkezde olan bir otelde kalmak daha kullanışlı olmalıydı.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr zentral, Zimmer trotzdem ruhig. Parkplatz am Hotel. Die Beleuchtung in den Fluren könnte heller sein!
