Beautiful restored building in a 15th century building . There is some wearing and tearing but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Good beds. Delicious breakfast (and cafe latte for the non black coffee drinkers). Within walking distance you can see the major sightseeing highlights of the beautiful city of Sivas If you can afford it: take the Sultan suite!
