✓I recently stayed at Senza Grand Santana Hotel for a business trip, and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We booked our rooms well in advance and received a confirmation, but upon arrival, the front desk couldn't find our reservation. It took them a staggering 30 minutes just to locate it, during which the receptionist was not only rude but also clearly overwhelmed and unfriendly. The rooms were a huge disappointment – old, unappealing, and in dire need of renovation. To make matters worse, there was constant noise throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Adding to our distress, we found insects in the room, which is completely unacceptable. The breakfast offered was far from satisfactory, and the overall staff attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful. This stay was a total disaster and has significantly impacted my view of Senza Grand Santana Hotel. I strongly advise against staying here, especially for business travelers who need a comfortable and reliable place to rest.
