Her kış ailemizle gittiğimiz ve evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir otel. Bu sene de kız kıza konakladığımız Sarpino Mountain Hotel’den son derece memnun kaldık. Yemeklerin lezzeti, otelin temizliği ve personelin güler yüzlülüğü çok iyiydi. Kayak ekipmanımız olmadığı için otelin kayak odasından kiraladık, malzemelerin yeni ve kaliteli olması içimizi rahatlattı. Ön büro müdürü Veysel Bey ve genel müdürü Mustafa Bey, her sorunumuzla çok güzel ilgilendiler ve hemen çözüm buldular; buradan onlara tekrar teşekkür ediyorum. Kayak pistine yakınlığı büyük avantaj, çalışanlar çok sıcakkanlı ve samimiydi. Sarpino Mountain Hotel’den o kadar memnun ayrıldım ki herkese tavsiye edeceğim. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle
Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Personel gerçekten ilgiliydi. Yürüyen bant büyük rahatlık sağladı, ekipman taşımak zorunda kalmadık. Otel temizdi. Yemekler lezzetliydi, servis iyiydi. Spa alanı gün sonunda dinlenmek için yeterliydi. Bir kayak tatili için her şey düşünülmüş
Sömestr tatilinde konakladığımız Sarpino Mountain Hotel’de tatilimiz harika geçti. Otel dizaynı süper, ortam çok şık ve konforluydu. Personel inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi. Pistlere ulaşım çok kolaydı, kayak ekipmanını taşımak da pratikti. Yemekler şahane, kayak odası ve ekipman düzeni çok iyiydi. Kayak eğitmenleri de çok ilgiliydi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık
Otel tam anlamıyla 10 numara 5 yıldız. Özellikle kayak odasında Murat Bey inanılmaz misafirperver; kayak odasındaki tüm ekip gerçekten muhteşem. Gönül rahatlığıyla şiddetle tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Bizim bu otelde 2. yılımız ve her seferinde aynı memnuniyetle ayrılıyoruz. Her karesi özenle ve incelikle düşünülmüş; yemekleri, odaları ve manzarasıyla insanı adeta masalsı bir atmosferin içine alıyor. Güler yüzlü ve ilgili personeli sayesinde ailemizle birlikte çok keyifli zaman geçirdik. Her kış severek geldiğimiz, vazgeçilmezimiz olan bir otel. Kars’a geliyorsanız uğramadan geçmeyin. Misafir ilişkilerinden Bilge Hanım çok tatlı ve ilgili; kesinlikle tanışmadan otelden ayrılmayın.
