Teleski’nin hemen yanında. Çalışanlar genel olarak güler yüzlü. Akşamları after ski party, 17:00’de brunch, bazı akşamlar canlı müzik oldukça keyifli.
Pahalı ve 5 yıldızlı bir otele göre oldukça yetersiz ve lezzetsiz yemek çeşitleri var. Odalar çok eski, yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Kaldığım odanın kliması bozuktu, içerisi sürekli sauna gibiydi. Hava muhalefeti nedeniyle çıkış günümüzde uçağımız iptal oldu. Kaldığımız odayı uzatmak anlamında hiçbir destekleri olmadı. Resepsiyonların yapmadı gereken en temel iş olan oda ayarlama işini farklı bir telefon numarası arayarak bizim yapmamızı istediler. Bu konuda böyle eski bir otelin çok amatör olduğunu gördüm.
We stayed at Duja Chalet Hotel for 5 nights as three families, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! The hotel’s location is perfect — very close to the ski lifts, which made everything so easy and convenient, especially with children. It really made a difference to our holiday. What truly made our stay special was the staff. We have never experienced such genuinely lovely and attentive service from everyone — from reception to the restaurant team to the cleaners. Every single person went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Thank you so much for everything. We had the best time and would happily return!
