Hotel is fairly modern.
The air conditioning is not effective. I complained at the reception desk twice, mentioning that the air conditioner was not warming the room enough. There was definitely an issue which they failed to resolve. The temperature of their water boiler was low. The shower water, when on full heat, was lukewarm at best. It was very cold outside and in the room, and thus this was also an issue. I complained at the reception desk twice. I was told that they would raise the temperature, but they did not do anything about it.
