✓What an amazing stay at this hotel! We booked 1 room for 3 persons and were so surprised at how beautiful and big the room was. We were all so comfortable and they made sure to accommodate for 3, with 3 slippers, 3 gowns etc. I was there for my birthday and they were so sweet to prepare a little surprise for me! The staff were super helpful and accommodating and the hotel facilities were beautiful and clean. I will recommend you everyone!

✓We left Arts Hotel Bodrum extremely disappointed. From the beginning of our stay, our bathroom smelled like sewage. We called reception several times, but the issue was never resolved. Spending a vacation with a constant sewage smell in a supposedly luxury hotel is simply unacceptable. The hotel also has no sandy beach. The only access to the sea is via a staircase, and the steps are steep and uncomfortable, making it difficult and unsafe to get in and out of the water. The biggest shock came at check-out. We were presented with an outrageous bill. Two iced coffees cost 1,180 TL, one pasta cost 1,960 TL, two burgers cost 3,060 TL, and a can of Coke cost 390 TL. These prices are excessive, even for a luxury hotel. Even more concerning, we were charged based on room slips that were not signed by us. We disputed these charges, but we were still required to pay. Another shocking experience was the hotel’s visitor policy. On three separate occasions, we were charged €100 because friends of my 14-year-old daughter briefly visited our room. They did not stay overnight, no extra bed or accommodation was provided, and they were only in the room for about two hours. What upset us the most was how the situation was handled. A receptionist named Emre confronted my daughter’s 14-15-year-old friends away from the lobby, in a secluded area, and they felt intimidated after being told that the police could be called. They were just teenage girls, and the entire situation was handled in an inappropriate and upsetting manner. When we questioned the outrageous prices and charges, a staff member simply said, “We only do business for two months anyway.” That response perfectly reflected the attitude we experienced throughout our stay. A luxury hotel should offer transparency, professionalism, and respect for its guests. Instead, we experienced unresolved maintenance issues, unreasonable prices, disputed charges, an unfriendly approach to young visitors, and a complete lack of customer care. During our 10-day stay, we were charged approximately 100,000 TL in extras alone. Between the excessive food and beverage prices, disputed charges, and visitor fees, the final bill was shocking and left us feeling exploited rather than valued as guests. We left feeling overcharged, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. We will never return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
