Royal Arena Hotel & Resort Spa★★★★★

✓Hôtel nécessitant une rénovation générale, le service était correct et le personnel professionnel. La vue est superbe de la terrasse , mais le lieu est Gumbet ( petite commune accolé ) et non pas Bodrum comme indiqué, mais très agréable et très bien animé. Bodrum est accessible en minibus . Les repas sont pas exceptionnels. Il y a eu une erreur à mon enregistrement, il m’avait installé dans une chambre sans vue sur la mer, pour réparer l’erreur suite à ma remarque , j’ai été surclassé dans une suite. De plus, le hamam et sauna sont accessibles et gratuits.

✓Rooms are very very old , no central air conditioning, no safe box , no windows , beds are comfortable but they don’t provide you with comforters, they give you bey thin blanket , we had no WiFi in our room , every time to make a call I had to go to hallway which was very hot and humid to make a phone call , to go to our room I had to walk outside then inside to go to my room , staff were very friendly, food and breakfast was okay for the money you spend but I will not go back

✓Kommt auf gar keinen Fall in dieses Hotel. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, unser zimmer wurde kein einziges Mal gesäubert, obwohl wir immer wieder das Schild ausgehängt haben. Wir haben um Frische Handtücher gebeten, die Dame meinte, dass sie im moment keine hätte, haben dann erst 3 Tage später einfach n Stapel Handtücher auf unser Bett gelegt bekommen. Dazu kommt, dass die Zimmer so dünne Wände haben das man alles!! von links und rechts hört. Jede Klospülung, jedes Gespräch einfach alles. Wir wurden mehrfach in der Nacht wach dadurch. Das Bett ist ne einzige Katastrophe, richtig klein und hart. Die Mitarbeiter sind arrogant und kaum hilfsbereit. Das hotel hat nur ein Aufzug der max. 6 Personen fasst, haben immer ewig anstehen müssen. Wlan in den Zimmern hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das einzig positive ist echt der Ausblick vom Restaurant aus.
