✓Deluxe Zimmer (Seaview) hat grosse Balkone und Sicht auf das Meer. Zimmer extrem gross, eher zu gross. Küche war bemüht, bei glutenfreier Kost weiterzuhelfen. Sauber

!- Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. - Deluxe Zimmer gibt es nur mit Doppelbett und wenn man 2 einzelne Betten möchte, muss die eine Person auf dem Sofa übernachten. Das Sofa kann aber nicht zu einem Schlafsofa ausgezogen werden, sondern es wird einfach ein Leintuch darüber gelegt und dann hat man nur eine 70 cm breite Liegefläche. Und das bei einem Zimmerpreis von Euro 300.-/Nacht. - Der Tennislehrer für die Sportstunde war nicht wirklich motiviert. Er war nu die hälfte der Zeit auf dem Platz, die andere Zeit liess er uns alleine spielen. - Abendunterhaltung in der Lobby / im Barbereich so laut, dass man sich nicht mehr unterhalten kann. - Keine feinen Drinks. - Bei Regen findet man selbst in der Nebensaison kaum einen freien Tisch zum essen.

✓Personel ilgisi otel konforu ve lezzetler oldukça başarılıydı sadece geliştirilmesi gereken durum aktivite biraz daha fazla olup çeşitlendirilebilirdi. Ama biz yine de çok keyif aldık.

✓Tout était parfait! Des activités top, des équipes au top et les repas variés et très bon. La piscine mériterait un petit nettoyage des joints mais sinon tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons.

!La clim n'était pas très efficaces dans la chambre ,le soleil chauffait beaucoup trop sur la fenêtre.

✓For years my husband and I stay in nice resorts, and what generally makes the difference between them is human touch. This stay made it incredible by Kaoutar, she was so kind and helpful. I had allergic reaction and she stayed with us at doctors and later at pharmacy, was also checking on me. Kaoutar made all of our reservations in restaurants, so every day we got to have dinner or lunch on other restaurant. Sincerely thank you🤍 Regarding the resorts, we initially booked Rixus adults only, that is few kilometers away, but got transferred to Sungate. If I book again I would choose Sungate immediately. The other one is very calm and less activities. In Sungate there’s a lot of games (I played Dart and girl ‘running’ this was amazing, I never knew it could be that much fun), my husband played volleyball almost everyday. If I knew I would stay here I would bring my kids, there’s soooo much entertainment for children. From restaurants I would recommend Tappanyaki, chefs are amazing, funny and whole experience is just a must. Restaurant Cactus I recommend in sunset, it has incredible view. Akakuro has the most delicious Sweet and sour shrimps and girls working there are so kind. There’s several pools, and don’t stick to one, cuz each one is different experience. And the best coffee is from Costa but the one next to the beach. The girl there is so good, she knew better what I want and need then myself 😄❤️
