!Ontzettend druk door 1200 gasten, vele jonge kinderen,aangenaam voor de jeugd. Heel druk in het restaurant. (maar dit ligt meer aan mij dan aan de omstandigheden. Beter andere periode kiezen, vóór Juli.

!We booked this hotel more than six months in advance. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved room was unfortunately unavailable. Instead of the two rooms we had booked for five people, we were accommodated in one small family room. The next day, we were offered an “upgraded” room, but as you can see in the photos below, it is difficult to call it an upgrade. Unfortunately, there were more issues with the room. The air conditioner stopped working, and the sink drain barely functioned. We even had to remove the drain cover just to make the water drain properly. At first glance, the rooms look modern, clean, and attractive. However, a closer look reveals that they have been in use for a long time and are in need of renovation or refurbishment. On the positive side, the hotel grounds are beautiful. The area is large, well-maintained, green, and very pleasant. I would also like to compliment most of the hotel staff. They were polite, efficient, and completed their work quickly and professionally. The only exception was the bartenders. They seemed to put very little effort into preparing cocktails. For example, instead of serving a cocktail that should contain six different ingredients, we were simply given orange juice without even adding ice. The photos below show how the same cocktail is supposed to look and how it was actually served to us.
