وصلنا إلى الفندق في الساعة الثانية عشرة بعد منتصف الليل، وكنا نتوقع الحصول على الراحة والهدوء بعد رحلة متعبة، لكن للأسف كانت هناك موسيقى صاخبة وأصوات مرتفعة جداً، بالإضافة إلى أصوات الضحك والإزعاج في الممرات. لم أتمكن من النوم أو الحصول على الراحة، خصوصاً أنني كنت برفقة طفل صغير يحتاج إلى الهدوء والنوم. كانت تجربة مزعجة ومخيبة للآمال، وأتمنى من إدارة الفندق الاهتمام براحة النزلاء، خاصة خلال ساعات الليل، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمنع مثل هذه الإزعاجات. إذا تريدين، أكدر أيضاً أصيغها بالإنكليزي بطريقة قوية ورسمية حتى تنشرينها كتقييم على Booking أو Google أو تقدمين شكوى لإدارة الفندق.
