✓The people who are running the facility are nice and welcoming.

!The room i stayed in was absolutely horrible. The door was to hard to lock and open. There were electric cables out in the open in the shower area which can be health hazard. The shower head was broken and the overhead shower was barely showering water. And the shower didn't have a door so all the water was going all over the bathroom. There wasn't enough toilet paper in the room. I found half eaten chips and jelly in a drawer in my room which was absolutely shocking. There was a cat smell too in the room probably it was coming from the carpet. TV or remote didn't work either. The location of the hotel is too far down you need to finish 168 steps to reach the main area of the city. The bed was clean but wasn't comfortable at all. Overall it wasn't a good experience. Especially compared to the price we paid.
