✓- breakfast was great, many options - rooms were clean and facilities like washing machine worked well - buggy service was good as you need them to get to your room - breakfast staff were pleasant - very quiet, not overcrowded by the water

!- One of the blinds fell on my mothers head within an hour of getting the room, when we called the reception the night manager blamed us and he said "we gave a good room to you and you break it and complain" which was incredibly unprofessional. Took them a few hours to send a technician to fix it after we called several times. Technician was lovely but did confirm that the night manager had received many complaints. The night manager in particular, was very unpleasant, unprofessional and unhelpful. - Unfortunately one of the guests had a dog that barked a lot in the night, which made it hard to sleep. - There was a lot of miscommunication with staff. We had a serious incident occur and wanted to inform the manager but was told she was too busy. Saw the manager as we checked out, who was polite and tried to apologise and discuss our concerns but it was too late and we just wanted to get out of there. - The deck by the water had nice sunbed options however the water was too violent to swim in, unclean and there was a giant pole on one side which is very dangerous. They were also doing a lot of work on the deck so there was sawdust and screws everywhere which is very poor OHS. - There are no activity options or information/recommendations about what to do in the area. - I believe it was overpriced for what we received

✓loved the stunning view from the balcony. The rooms were beautiful too, and the pool was lovely—it was nice.
