✓Palmalife resort and spa is truly a wonderful place thé rooms are spotless the breakfast is delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and the beach? Simply out of this world a beautiful place for relaxing and unforgettable stay ✨✨✨

✓The size and the design of the hotel, though somehow outdated now, were nice. Location facing the west offering great sunsets. Rooms were ok.

!First of all, this is by no means a 5 Star hotel! Property not maintained, the beach deck is detoriating (also rusty parts and broken staircases), nobody pays attention to decoration or tidying things. Absolutely not recommended with small children. Huge underground SPA area which is not being used or maintained, what a pity. Staff seems mostly demotivated and poorly managed, service is slow, although some of the waiters made a true effort. Breakfast was tolerable, for dinner you cannot order pizza or Lahmacun after 8 pm, zero atmosphere in the restaurant. Got a strange phone call in the middle of the night from reception, waking us up and asking if I had ordered food and then hanging up on me. As from 11:30 am you have to endure super loud "clubbing" music on the beach to the taste of the staff, despite several asks to turn it down. The remote location means that it is very hard to get a taxi or an uber, so be prepared to organize your transports to restaurants etc. with a private driver whom you can call. Overall, that was a nice place once, but nobody invests now and current management does not seem to care.
