- Cleanliness: Multiple guests explicitly say the apartment is very clean; white bedding and towels noted and toiletries (gel/shampoo) provided on request.
- Service: Host described as helpful and available (easy key pickup, offered airport transfer, responded to requests such as replacing towels and toiletries).
- Location: Consistently praised for being very close to Galata Tower and metro/attractions; some notes about steep streets and occasional street noise temper the praise.
- Room Quality: Mixed comments: bed and bedding comfortable but issues reported (street/bar noise transmitted through large windows, draft in winter, small fridge, minimalist kitchen and more 'hotel room' than full apartment).
- Amenities: Repeated complaints about very limited kitchen amenities (few/no utensils, simple sink only, tiny minibar-style fridge); some basics (microwave, kettle, occasional toiletries) present but overall amenities are notably lacking.
- Value for Money: Several reviewers explicitly state it is good value and even better than expected given the location and comfort.
- Food and Beverage: Not mentioned in the reviews.
- Overall Experience: Overall positive impressions (recommended, comfortable, some guests extended their stay), balanced by the practical drawbacks noted above.
Watch out for: Very limited kitchen utensils and equipment · Small minibar-style fridge · Street/bar noise can be audible in the room · Steep streets and stairs; no lift (fourth floor for some guests) · More like a hotel room than a full apartment · No routine cleaning during some stays unless requested

Great location, clean, and good sized rooms, lovely little cafe right downstairs
No elevator and small, winding staircase
Amazing staff, excellent location, and a very clean room! The stairs can be a little tiring at first, but you get used to them. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I would especially like to thank Beyza for her professionalism and outstanding customer service. She made my stay in the apartment comfortable and enjoyable, and I was genuinely happy with the overall experience. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place!
