Sehr schöne Lage
The food was good, and the staff were friendly, cheerful and polite. The Turkish Night was also very enjoyable and created a great atmosphere.
The biggest disappointment was the water park. It feels like they try to charge guests for almost everything. Even taking children’s bottled water into the water park is not allowed, which is very frustrating for families. We also experienced an unpleasant attitude from some staff at the water park, similar to the treatment we received at Airport. Although the water park and hotel appear to be part of the same resort, you sometimes feel as though you are entering a completely separate facility where you are expected to spend more money. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the water park, but there is only one shuttle service per day. If you want to return to the hotel during the day, you have to rely on taxis. Staying in the Annex building is also very inconvenient for families with young children, elderly guests, or anyone carrying bags. The walk is difficult, crossing the road can feel dangerous due to traffic, and you have to walk around 300 metres uphill to reach the main area for meals. If you are allocated a room in the Annex building, the overall experience can become quite exhausting.
