✓This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not about flashy luxury, but rather the warm atmosphere of being run by a wonderful local family. There are only a few rooms, but they are incredibly spacious and everything was spotlessly clean. ​A huge plus was the small terrace, which was perfect for watching the hot air balloons in the morning. ​The food was also amazing. The homemade breakfast was massive and the quality was incredible. We even ended up having dinner at the hotel’s kitchen twice because the meals were spectacular. ​The service and support truly made us feel like part of the family.

✓We spent three wonderful nights at Olivia Cave Hotel and had an amazing experience. The view from the terrace is absolutely spectacular – every morning you can watch the hot air balloons floating over Cappadocia, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully designed and perfectly reflects the charm of the region. The food is exceptional. The kitchen is outstanding, and the tomato cream soup is simply one of the best I've ever had. Breakfast is not extremely varied, but it is fresh, delicious, and more than sufficient. Another highlight was the hotel's dedication to making our stay special. The staff recommended and arranged an incredible Turkish Night for us in a unique venue carved into volcanic tuff. It was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel's location is also excellent, just a short walk from the restaurants, shops, and the center of Göreme, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. I would highly recommend Olivia Cave Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

!The only minor downside was that the hotel does not have its own private parking. However, this is quite typical in Cappadocia, where many hotels are located on narrow streets. With a little patience, we were always able to find a parking space very close to the hotel, so it never became a real inconvenience during our stay.
