Besonders gefallen haben mir die freundlichen und höflichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sie waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
Ich würde dem Hotel definitiv empfehlen, noch stärker auf die Sauberkeit zu achten und die regelmäßige Kontrolle der Zimmer zu verbessern. Meiner Meinung nach wurden die Zimmer teilweise nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Beispielsweise waren noch Wasserflecken auf den Fliesen sowie klebrige Getränkereste im Kühlschrank vorhanden. Auch wirkte das Zimmer stellenweise etwas staubig. Es war insgesamt nicht so schlimm, dass ich mich unwohl gefühlt hätte, dennoch sehe ich hier Verbesserungspotenzial. Gerade bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel sollte meiner Meinung nach etwas mehr Wert auf eine gründliche und detaillierte Reinigung gelegt werden.
J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, confortable. L’emplacement est idéal et le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.
