During our stay, the reception staff were generally helpful and polite, and we had no issues in that regard.
On the day of our check-out, there was a water outage that lasted for hours and was not communicated in advance. As a result, we had to leave the hotel without being able to take a shower or meet basic personal needs. This is not an acceptable situation, especially on the day of departure. The disruption of such a basic service negatively affected our overall experience. We expected better communication and a proper solution.
