Mosaic Cave Hotel

✓I LOVED this Cave Hotel. The owner was accommodating and helpful. He is always around if you need anything. The room was an actual cave. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really nice, too. It had a glass enclosed shower and vessel sink. You felt really comfortable there. Your view was in the rocks! It was amazing. The breakfast was really good. The lady there made eggs or an omelette if you wanted. There were many options to choose from.

!Nothing.

✓Absolutamente tudo

✓To begin with, everyone—from the owner to the entire staff (and even the dogs and cats!)—is very friendly and helpful. The owner took care of everything, including arranging various tours considering our budget and organizing airport shuttle transfers. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff were always quick to help. The hotel is located in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the city on foot. There is a terrace on the rooftop where, early in the morning, you can watch numerous hot air balloons floating in the sky. Breakfast offered a great variety of food and jams. I also really appreciated the 24-hour self-service tea and coffee station.

!The toilet, shower, and washbasin are all in one room, which is accessible only by passing through the master bedroom. We stayed as a group of five, and this was the only aspect we found a bit inconvenient. However, given that it is a cave hotel, I suppose this is unavoidable and acceptable.
