I could not make it to the property, unfortunately, on the day of arrival it was raining heavily and the management contacted me on the day of arrival informing me that the room has mold because of the rain which is fair to them, and that they booked another room in another hotel for me. That was helpful to be honest, but it really was upsetting, because we booked this hotel to see Mardin and be in the middle of the old town and market. The other location was way less pleasant and further. And obviously they took the money or cost of this hotel and counted it for the other one. And the other one is way less.
