✓I was apprehensive about this hotel as had read the poor reviews but went with an open mind. Unfortunately the poor reviews proved to be pretty accurate in most areas. Yes the location is great however the food was terrible and very repetitive. Next to no entertainment the whole 10 days we were there and only one bar open at a time. The pool bar claims to be open until 23.00 but closed at 19.00. Staff were lovely but hotel definitely needs work. Our air conditioning machine dripped constantly and noone came to repair it despite my daughters bed being directly underneath and reporting it on more than one occasion. Rooms are adequate but walls are very thin so can be extremely noisy. Was also woken numerous times during our stay by an alarm going off in the hotel. We made the best of our stay but definitely wouldn't return to this hotel. We were all inclusive but ended up having to eat out alot more than we intended

✓My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Food Quality and Variety: We were charged far too much for old food which was stale and circulating leftover,despite being promised fresh meals and a wider variety of options that we ultimately never received. Amenities and Towels: We were given only one towel for a three-day stay. Furthermore, sun umbrellas were taken away from guests early by workers who wanted to leave early, which felt dishonest and unaccommodating. Internet Access: Wi-Fi is completely unavailable in the rooms, and to make matters worse, they charge an unreasonable £20 for just 5GB of internet access. Early Closures: The facilities shut down far too early; the pool closes at 7:00 PM and the bar closes at 11:00 PM, leaving very little time to relax in the evening. Unprofessional Management: When I attempted to file a complaint at the reception desk, the manager simply stood nearby eavesdropping without attempting to communicate or resolve the issue with us. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality and basic management where we are offered to eat plain spaghetti for the third day in a row after paying a large sum of money £1600
