Menalo Hotel Premium Istanbul Airport

✓Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The quality of the room and the level of cleanliness were simply not up to the standard one would expect for the price charged. The service was also disappointing, and the special dinner at the hotel restaurant was outrageously overpriced for what was actually offered. The overall experience did not come close to justifying the price. To make matters worse, I left my Shokz headphones, which I had with me for the Berlin Marathon, on top of the telephone in my room. I am absolutely certain of where I left them, yet the hotel claims that they have not been found. This raises serious concerns about the handling of guests’ lost property and has further damaged my trust in this establishment. Overall, based on my experience, this hotel barely deserves a 2.5-star rating. The quality, cleanliness, service, and value for money fall far short of what guests should reasonably expect. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, professional service, or a trustworthy hospitality experience.

✓Friendly helpful staff.

!The website states that there is an airport shuttle service. This is misleading. It’s an airport transfer service - costing 27 euros each way - not an airport shuttle!

✓We arrived late at night and had a very early flight. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Arranged airport transfer for us in the morning. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well kept. I was sorry we did not have the chance to stay longer. Great value for money, 9 minutes from the airport.
