Ik had twee weken voor de datum twee drie-persoonskamers gereserveerd. Er stond op de website dat deze beschikbaar waren. Toen ik daar aankwam met mijn familie, hebben ze gezegd dat deze niet meer beschikbaar waren en ons twee kleine kamers gegeven waar ik ontevreden mee was. Ik ben jarenlang een vaste klant geweest van dit hotel, maar ik kan ze niet meer vertrouwen.
